Cabnernet Sauvignon 2008

These grapes come from one of Eastern Washington's oldest and most prestigious vineyards.  Luscious fruit and soft tannins are balanced with youthful liveliness. Nice drinking now, but a keeper for the long term.

Syrah 2008

This Syrah has beautiful dark berry flavors greet the palate and leathery tannins bring out intriguing complexity, including a peppery finish.  An established vineyards near The Dalles,Oergon was the source of this hearty fruit.

Chardonnay 2008

Only a hint of oak barrel aging so as not to mask the delightful fruitiness of our Hood River Valley grown grapes. This wine is perfect for those who are tired of overly processed, mass market Chards. Time to revisit Chardonnay the way it was made a generation ago.

Cloud Cap Select 2008

Cloud Cap Select is produced from Pinot Noir grapes and fortified with brandy, resulting in a flavorful but not heavy after dinner treat, ideally served with dark chocolate and a cozy fireplace.  When Mt. Hood wears its distinctive cloud cap, rain and snow are in the offing, a perfect time to relax with our Cloud Cap Select. Bottled in 375 ml bottles, it is a manageable amount of higher alcohol content wine.you can look forward to nasty weather with this port-style dessert wine made from our own Pinot noir grapes.  Just enough sweetness, delicious by the fire with dark chocolate.
